Property Details

1 bedroom, ocean front condo on the 1st floor, located on beautiful Isle of Palms with broad sandy beach (even at high tide). The condo is nicely decorated and maintained with its own private balcony facing the ocean. The condo is equipped with modern appliances including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, cable TV, VCR, DVD player, microwave oven, blender, small compact stereo system, telephone with answering machine, hairdryer, alarm clock, etc. near shopping, restaurants, & grocery store. A fishing pier & swimming pools as well as a laudromat are on site. Off street parking is free. Laudromat is on site.

Note: During the peak season (5/27/05 – 9/09/05) with a weekly minimum stay: Most properties are rented Saturday to Saturday. Properties are a week minimum for holidays until 30 days prior to arrival.

Refund Policy: The deposit is refundable if notice is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. In case of hurricane or other natural disasters which result in the evacuation of the beach, a full refund of any unused portion of your rental fee will be given!
